1. Our services
We provide debt settlement services for unsecured consumer debt. We negotiate with your creditors on your behalf to reach settlements for less than the full balance owed. We are not a lender, credit repair organization, law firm or tax advisor, and we do not assume or pay your debts.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to U.S. residents 18 years or older in states where we are licensed or permitted to operate. Enrollment is subject to review of your financial situation. Not all debts or applicants qualify.
3. Fees
In accordance with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, we do not charge any fee until we have settled at least one of your debts, you have agreed to the settlement, and at least one payment has been made to the creditor under that settlement. Fees are disclosed in full in your enrollment agreement before you sign.
4. No guarantee of results
Results vary by individual. We cannot guarantee that any creditor will agree to settle, the amount of any settlement, or the timeline for completion. Estimates provided during consultation are for illustration only.
5. Risks you should understand
Stopping payments to creditors may cause late fees, interest, collection activity or lawsuits, and may negatively affect your credit score. Canceled debt may be treated as taxable income by the IRS. You should consider consulting a tax professional or attorney.
6. Dedicated account
Program deposits are held in an FDIC-insured dedicated account in your name, administered by an independent third party. You own and control the funds and may withdraw from the program at any time and receive your funds, less any earned fees, within seven business days.
7. Consent to contact
By submitting your information, you consent to receive calls, texts and emails from us, including through automated technology, at the number and address you provide. Consent is not required to purchase services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
8. Privacy
We collect and use personal information only to evaluate and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with creditors and service providers solely as needed to administer your program.
9. Website use

10. Governing law and changes
